AMIRA Software – 3D
Reconstruction

This service is available through ELSA points for internal BRIN users conducting research activities. For external users, the service is provided on a contractual basis (PNBP), with fees determined upon service request.

Thermo Scientific Amira is a powerful software for visualization and analysis in life sciences, biomedical research, and materials science. It can be used to process and analyze image data generated from Inspect3D and Micro-CT (Micro-Computed Tomography). Internal BRIN users can access the software via designated computers located in the Cryo-EM laboratory on the 1st floor of the Genomics Building, Soekarno Science and Technology Area (KST) – Cibinong, Bogor.

Note: To facilitate service verification, users are required to provide the tomography ID number that will be processed in AMIRA.

Users may include the following acknowledgement in publications or reports:
