A Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) is a type of electron microscope that produces images of a sample by scanning its surface with a focused electron beam, achieving magnification up to a certain scale. The electrons interact with the atoms in the sample, generating various signals that contain information about the surface topography and sample composition. The maximum magnification produced by the instrument can reach 50,000x (depending on the sample type).
Sample Preparation for Testing:
The sample to be tested must be a dry sample in powder/solid form, ready for observation, with a maximum sample size of 1x1x1 cm for solid samples.
For the sample to be tested, please provide details in the service description regarding the sample type and three desired magnifications (e.g., 1000x, 5000x, 10,000x).
For Form F10, please attach it along with a reference image (printed) to guide the operator during testing, and include it when sending the sample.
