The Environmental Health Research Group focuses on conducting research in various areas of environmental health, including climate change and health, as well as biological, physical, and social environmental determinants affecting human health and disease.

• Environmental health determinants

• Climate change and health

• Application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial analysis in Environmental Epidemiology

Research activities primarily involve secondary data analysis (Desk Analysis), including the utilization and analysis of national survey data, routine surveillance data, and other relevant datasets (e.g., satellite imagery and Statistics Indonesia/BPS data) related to environmental health, such as:

• Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH)

• Environment-related diseases

• The impact of climate change and climate variability on infectious diseases, vector-borne diseases, and zoonotic diseases

• Climate-sensitive disease risk mapping

Applicants from the following fields are welcome:
