Research Topics:
1. Bioinformatics (Omics-based analysis, high-throughput data, drug repurposing, radiomics)
2. Computational biology (Cellular-based Systems Biology, Network Biology, Mathematical Modeling for Cancer)
3. Data-driven Artificial Intelligence in Computational Biology & Bioinformatics
4. Software development: Web-based/desktop and High-Performance Computing for Bioinformatics
5. Biomedical informatics (knowledge-based systems biology and medical informatics)

This internship is focused on D4/S1 students who are familiar with: Java/Python/R programming languages; data science/AI/ML/DL; graph theory; creating web/PHP/desktop-based information systems; using HPC/Linux; bioinformatics and molecular modeling development tools.
