Single Particle Reconstruction is a serial processing technique used to analyze images obtained from transmission electron microscopy. This technique generates a 3D map of studied proteins or particles. CryoSPARC, which has been installed in the High-Performance Computing (HPC) Mahameru BRIN, is used to perform the analysis. It is worth noting that the data used for this analysis can be obtained from outside BRIN. For instructions on sending your data, please see the attached form.
