Measurement of water activity using the Aw tool from Aqua Lab
Sample Requirements:
Samples are organic materials in the form of solids, pastes and liquids.
To expedite the verification of test samples that have been registered, customers must complete the form which can be downloaded in the "Service Files" section --> "Service SOP Files" and then the completed form (.pdf format) is uploaded/uploaded along with the sample photo in the section “Other Support Files” and “Photo Data Files”. Make sure that the name and number of samples registered in the ELSA system are the same as the number of samples written on the form. Incompleteness of these supporting documents may cause the test sample registration to be canceled by the Verifier.
