Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR) Analysis ATR Method (Without Interpretation)
Equipment Specifications: Thermo Scientific Nicolet iS-10 (Detector: iD5 ATR)
Sample Requirements:
- Plastic/rubber/film samples: minimum dimensions 5 x 3 cm
- Solid/paste/powder samples (40-60 mesh/greater than 1 micron): minimum 1 gram
- Liquid samples: minimum volume 3 mL (without solvent, 100% sample)
- The samples received are ready for analysis.
- Service contract per sample/per spot.
Data obtained: Raw data (Excel and PDF)
Samples will be destroyed after three months. Customers can retrieve remaining samples no later than one week after the service status is COMPLETED.
A SERVICE FORM AND SAMPLE PHOTOS MUST BE ATTACHED. OTHERWISE, WE WILL REJECT YOUR SERVICE REQUEST.
Note: To expedite verification of registered test samples, customers must complete the TEST DETAILS FORM, which can be downloaded from the "Service Files" --> "Service SOP Files" section. Then, upload the completed form (in .pdf format) along with sample photos in the "Other Supporting Files" and "Photo Data File" sections. Ensure that the names and number of samples registered in the ELSA System match the number of samples listed on the Form.
Incomplete supporting documents may result in the Verifier canceling your test sample registration.
