This service is an analysis of ash content using the Nabertherm L 9/11/SKM Muffle furnace.
Ash content measurement uses the gravimetric method with heating at 500oC for 3 hours for ashing. the difference between the sample and the heating results is calculated as a percentage
Users who work are accompanied by a Tool Operator (who has been induced)
Temperature range: maximum 1100 degrees Celsius
Process setting time max 6 hours/day
MUST use a porcelain container + lid
When submitting, the description section must inform: type and condition of the sample, number of samples, volume/weight of the sample, process setting plan, and other relevant information
Application rejected if data is incomplete
