1. SH-Rtx-Wax Cap.column 30m, 0.25mm 0.25 um
2. SH-Rxi-5Sil MC Cap.column 30m,0.25mm, 0.25um
3. UA-PBDE 15m, 0.05um, 0.25mm
4. Rtx-1 (30m x 0.25mm, thickness 1um)
5. Rtx-1 (30m x 0.25mm, thickness 0.25um)
