Aeris Benchtop XRD unit with Anoda Cu
Fast scan and accurate scan measurement methods at 2θ: 5°-85°
Not required for sample with Fe contain
Users are required to fill out the XRD sample submission form
Sample Requirements:
Dry solid sample
Sample weight of at least 10 g
For radioactive sample, maximum allowable exposure is 3 microSv
For plate sample, recommendation for diameter is 2,5 cm and 1 cm for thickness
