A qualitative/quantitative chemical analysis test without preparation on a sample in the form of a solution that has been filtered with a 0.2 micron millipore filter. To determine the target compound, the user MUST bring a standard of the desired target compound. The user must attach the method that has been consulted beforehand with the HPLC operator. The method used is a standard method optimized for HPLC equipment according to the method package type:
1. Coregel 87H3 column
2. Mobile phase: 5 mM sulfuric acid
3. Refractive index detector (RID)
4. Oven temperature: 80°C
5. Flow rate: 0.6 mL/minute

Target compounds that can be analyzed include (maximum 4 target compounds):
1. Glucose
2. Fructose/Mannose/Xylose
3. Xylitol
4. Ethanol
5. Formic acid
6. Acetic acid
7. Lactic acid
8. Furfural
9. 5-HMF
10. Glycerol

HPLC type: Pressure gradient LC-2030C 3D (Shimadzu).
BMN: 3.08.01.41.122.2

To conduct HPLC analysis, the following supporting equipment is required:
1. Vacuum pump, Brand: Gast, Type: DOA P-504BN, BMN No.: 3.08.01.11.028.5
2. Ultrasonic bath, Brand: Wise, Type: WiseClean, BMN No.: 3.03.03.01.129.1
3. Vortex mixer, Brand: ThermoScientific, Type: MaxiMix II, BMN No.: JASTIP
4. Micropipette, Brand: Eppedorf, Type: Research Plus 2

Testing Fee: IDR 500,000/Sample Per Compound

Completed samples can be collected up to two weeks after the test results are issued. If the specified time is exceeded, the samples will be destroyed by the laboratory.

Note: To expedite verification of registered test samples, customers must complete the TEST DETAILS FORM, which can be downloaded from the "Service Files" --> "Service SOP Files" section. Then, upload the completed form (in .pdf format) along with sample photos in the "Other Supporting Files" and "Photo Data File" sections. Ensure that the names and number of samples registered in the ELSA System match the number of samples listed on the form.
Incomplete supporting documents may result in the Verifier canceling your test sample registration.
