This total Uranium analysis service in urine samples is an internal service of BRIN regarding the operational requirements of nuclear installations/radiation facilities in the Serpong Nuclear Area to determine the internal radiation dose received by radiation workers in-vitro. The nuclear installation/radiation facility in the Serpong Nuclear Area, whose radiation workers require an analysis of total uranium in a urine sample, submits an application letter along with a list of names of workers whose urine samples will be analyzed via ELSA. The urine sample is then sent directly to the laboratory. Urine samples were analyzed to determine total uranium activity and radiation dose in vitro.
