The WD-XRF Panalytical Zetium 2.4kW unit uses SumXcore technology, WDXRF and EDXRF integration, capable of analyzing Major, Minor (Omnian) and Trace Elements (Pro Trace). Plus Small Spot Mapping (SSM) 0.5mm for multi-element analysis of solid samples without complicated preparation.
Sample Requirements for Major Element Analysis:
1. Minimum sample weight is 10 grams
2. Powder sample size passes 200 mesh (<75> 3. The powder sample is dry/not damp
4. or samples in Glassbead form (diameter 37-40 mm)
Sample Requirements for Tarce Element Analysis :
1. Minimum sample is 1 piece
2. Samples in pellet press form (diameter 37-40 mm)
