Analysis of organic compounds using HPLC is based on the separation of a compound from two phases, namely the stationary phase and the mobile phase.
stationary phase which is widely used is the column while the mobile phase is organic solvent / water.
the separation that occurs in the column can then be quantified by comparing the sample response to the standard response for which the concentration has been known.
IMPORTANT:
1. The sample is a derivative of the sugar compound, ethanol.
2. The sample does not contain inorganic acids.
3. If it is a solid the sample must be dissolved in methanol.
4. The sample does not contain dyes.
5. The sample is placed in a vial (glass bottle).
6. The sample must be equipped with a standard sample of the target compound.
7. The injected standard is counted as a sample
Additional information:
- Samples that have been tested will be stored in the laboratory for a maximum of 3 months.
- Samples not taken within this time will be destroyed
- Maximum payment time is one month (1 month) after the Billing Code is issued
