Analysis of organic compounds using HPLC is based on the separation of a compound from two phases, namely the stationary phase and the mobile phase.
stationary phase which is widely used is the column while the mobile phase is organic solvent / water.
the separation that occurs in the column can then be quantified by comparing the sample response to the standard response for which the concentration has been known.

IMPORTANT:
1. Standards for analysis must be available and inform the type of analysis (Quantitative or Qualitative)
2. Standards currently available are Catechin, epicatechin, EGCG, Caffeine, Quercetine,
3. The sample does not contain dyes.
4. The sample is placed in a vial (glass bottle).
5. The sample must be equipped with a standard sample of the target compound.

Additional information:
- Samples that have been tested will be stored in the laboratory for a maximum of 3 months.
- Samples not taken within this time will be destroyed
- Maximum payment time is one month (1 month) after the Billing Code is issued
- The Advanced Chemistry Characterization Laboratory has changed its name to the Integrated Advanced Chemistry Laboratory and is managed by Mitra
