Ion exchange chromatography is a technique of separating anions and cations from a mixture. The main principle in this method is based on the interaction of exchanges between the positive and negative charges of the sample with the counterion contained in the column. Separation of anions and cations can occur because each cation anion has a different affinity
Tests that can be carried out Anion Fluoride (F-), Chloride (Cl-), Nitrate (NO3-), Nitrite (NO2-), Sulfate (SO42-), Phosphate (PO43-), Bromin (Br -) analysis in drinking water and surface water
Note:
