Analysis of total mercury (THg) concentration in solid samples (sediment, soil, food, ore, coal, plastic, catalyst, hair, biota, and plants), liquid (sludge, blood, urine, oil, waste water) and gas with Direct Thermal Decomposition-Gold Amalgamation-CVAAS technique. Solid samples to be analyzed can be in the form of bulk or powder in dry conditions (sample preparation is through a drying process for 24 hours at 60 degrees Celsius). Minimum weight per sample is 200 mg. Liquid samples can be directly analyzed without the preparation process. The minimum sample weight/volume is 20 mg/2 ml. For gas samples, use a sample tool in the form of an Hg Trap. This analysis instrument can: 1. Measures mercury in various samples without any modification to the system 2. Shorten measurement time by up to 86% 3.
