Diploma / Vocational / High
School

As a research institution, the Biotechnology Research Center participates in the intellectual life of the nation by opening opportunities for students / university students / the general public to get mentoring services in the field of Biotechnology. Guidance is an activity to provide guidance in accordance with the Tupoksi of the Research Center in order to improve the guidance capability carried out by LIPI Biotechnology Research Center officers. This is stated in the decree of the head of LIPI No. 1 of 2019 concerning the Organization and Administration of the Indonesian Institute of Sciences. Guidance participants can come from high school / vocational school (SMA / SMK) students both from within and outside the country. Guidance topics are adjusted to the main tasks and functions of the institutions and activities carried out by the Center for Biotechnology LIPI and adapted to the schools / colleges concerned. We also provide opportunities for students from non-exact disciplines to be able to conduct research. For example, from the fields of administration, libraries, multimedia and computers
