- Workshop may reject service requests that are not preceded by a discussion;
- Service rates are per hour (8 hours per day), rates do not include operator/analyst services;
- Work is carried out in the lab on weekdays, excluding Wednesdays, Sundays or holidays;
- For overtime work, it is necessary to obtain approval and is subject to additional fees in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
- The duration of work execution depends on the material, design, and dimensions (design) of the workpiece;
- For specific work, an agreement/contract is required prior to the payment process;
- This service requires equipment (such as tools, cranes, compressors, air filters, etc.), and materials (olie, etc.);
- Please provide your email address and cell phone number so that you can be contacted. Lack of such information may hinder the service process;
