In TPD analysis, the sample is preheated to clean its surface before the gas adsorption process. The temperature of the adsorption stage can be selected according to the client's wishes. The temperature was then increased at a steady rate with an inert gas flow in the sample and the desorption process of the chemically adsorbed species was measured using a Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD). The desorption temperature and the amount of gas desorbed provide valuable information for determining the number and heterogeneity of active sites, chemisorption strength and conditions for sample regeneration. The gas for adsorption on O2-TPD is Oxygen.
Sample requirements:
1. The sample must be a solid powder.
2. The sample must withstand the desired measurement temperature (not experience decomposition/damage).
3. The sample does not have dangerous and corrosive properties that damage the tool.
4. The minimum sample weight is 0.2 grams.
5. The client is required to include and explain the type and content of the material to be tested.

- Samples that have been tested will be stored in the laboratory for a maximum of 3 months.
- Samples not taken within this time will be destroyed
