General Requirements: LSM-900 Confocal Microscope (instrument operator assistance)
Sample types: Immunocytochemistry and histology with UV laser types 488, 560, and 647.
The LSM 900 with AI Sample Finder can handle various sample types, including slides (76 x 26 mm), 35 or 50 mm dishes, chamber slides (1x, 2x, 4x, 8x, 10x), and multiwell plates (round and angled). For samples or fluorescence analysis using a laser (LSM-900 confocal microscope), please refer to the instrument's capabilities.  
Types of services provided:  
1. Applications such as imaging cell growth on biomaterials can be configured with the LSM 900 using three laser wavelengths—the URGB laser module (with 488, 560, 647 nm). These multi-excitation wavelengths enable detection of fluorescent component distribution.  
2. High lateral resolution imaging up to 120 nm is possible with a single-channel system using an ultraviolet laser module (wavelength 405 nm).  
Sample requirements: Samples must be pre-stained/pre-labeled with fluorescent probes and fixed on a microscope slide.
