3D Surface Morphology Analysis Using the Keyence Digital Microscope is a facility that provides non-destructive observation and characterization of sample surfaces with high-resolution digital imaging. The advanced imaging system enables visualization of surface morphology in both two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) modes, providing comprehensive information on surface topography, texture, and morphological characteristics.
This service supports the observation of various surface features, including cracks, pores, scratches, wear, corrosion, delamination, contamination, and manufacturing defects. In addition, the system offers high-precision dimensional measurements, including length, width, height, depth, angle, area, volume, and surface profile analysis.
