Materials: Lignocellulose particles, adhesive, wet or dry.
Production of particle board start with calculation of raw materials needed for making a test sample with a standard size. Raw materials preparation started by making lignocellulose particles until drying,and pre-treatment if needed. Mixing the particles and adhesive with spray-gun and drum mixer. After drying, the materials the molded, pressed with hot press with parameters (temperature, time, and pressure) as needed (max temperature is 300 degree celcius, and max pressure is 25 MPa). Post-treatment will be 7 days before quality test of the product.
