  1. Explain the management system as outlined in BAPETEN Regulation No. 6 of 2023.
  2. Describe the implementation of safety and security culture.
  3. Explain the graded approach to management systems and risk management.
  4. Develop management system documentation.
  5. Articulate policies and planning, and clarify management responsibilities.
  6. Explain resource management principles.
  7. Design implementation strategies and business processes.
  8. Conduct effectiveness measurements, evaluations, and identify improvement opportunities.
