FE-SEM testing provides topographic and morphological data on both organic and inorganic materials. Thermo Scientific Quattro S FESEM
Magnification up to 2,000,000x. Equipped with SE and BSE detectors.
Sample specifications:
a. Powder weighing at least 1 g
b. Solid/metal measuring 10 mm high x 10 mm wide x 10 mm long, resin (mounting) measuring 10 mm high x 10 mm in diameter.
c. Custom-made plate, 10 mm long x 10 mm wide
d. Sample in dry condition.

The data obtained is in the form of morphological images, consisting of five images for each sample.

Note:
a. To facilitate verification of registered test samples, customers must
complete the test details form, which can be downloaded from the "Service Files" --> "Service SOP Files" section. Then, upload the completed form (.pdf format) along with the sample photo in the "Files" section. "Other Supporting Documents" and "Photo Data Files".
b. Ensure that the name and number of samples registered in the ELSA System match the number of samples listed on the Form.
c. Incomplete supporting documents may result in the Verifier canceling the test sample registration.
d. The sample collection deadline is a maximum of 1 (one) month after the completion of the test.
FESEM fee = 800,000/sample.
