High-Performance and Smart Iron–Steel Alloys Research Group is a research group dedicated to the development of advanced iron- and steel-based materials with superior performance, characterized by high strength, resistance to wear, corrosion, and extreme temperatures, as well as smart functional capabilities that support condition monitoring and enhance component reliability. The group's research activities encompass alloy design, manufacturing and material processing, microstructural characterization, and performance evaluation for strategic applications in the industrial, energy, transportation, defense, and infrastructure sectors.
