This service is a freeze dryer usage service. Freeze drying or freeze drying or known as lyopilization is a method to remove water from materials by freezing them first and then evaporating the water from the solid phase (ice) to the gas phase without passing through the liquid phase. The freeze drying process is carried out under vacuum conditions and aims to maintain the structure, taste and nutritional content of the dried material. The material to be put into the freeze dryer must be frozen first (maximum -20oC). The sample does not contain pathogens or is safe from possible contamination. The sample is put in a container with a maximum height of 5 cm. Submission of this service per day, maximum 3 x 24 hours.
