G.A. Siwabessy Multipurpose Reactor (GAS-MPR) is a pool type research reactor with Uranium Silicide fuel (U3Si2-Al) with a density of 2.96 g / cm3 and an average flux of 2x1014 n / cm2 second. The RSG-GAS facility is not only used for research in the field of nuclear science and technology, it is also used to serve target irradiation activities. Facilities to support research are beam tubes S1 – S6. Meanwhile, the facilities for target irradiation are Center Irradiation Position Facility (CIP), Irradiation Position Facility (IP), Power Ramp Test Facility (PRTF), Neutron Radiography Facility, Silicon Doping Facility and Rabbit System Facility.
