Ground Control System (GCS) is a ground-based control system used to operate and monitor UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) in real time. The GCS sends commands, receives telemetry data, and displays information such as the UAV's position, speed, and status to the operator. This system operates via wireless communication methods such as radio telemetry or cellular networks and is equipped with hardware components (computer, antenna, joystick) as well as software such as Mission Planner or Q Ground Control.
