Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is an analysis of organic compounds using HPLC based on the separation of a compound into two phases, namely the stationary phase and the mobile phase. the stationary phase that is widely used is a column while the mobile phase is an organic solvent/water. The separation that occurs in the column can then be quantified by comparing the response of the sample to that of a standard whose concentration is known. Does not provide columns and chemicals.
