HPC Services for CryoEM A dedicated HPC service for Cryo-Electron Microscopy (CryoEM) data processing enables researchers and academics to process data efficiently using advanced computing infrastructure. Currently, this service is exclusively for CryoEM – BRIN users. This service is a continuation of the cryo-EM laboratory service, enabling access to CRYO-Sparc software.
Users are required to include the following acknowledgement in the activity output:
"This research was supported by computational resources provided by MAHAMERU BRIN HPC at the National Research and Innovation Agency of Indonesia (BRIN).”
"Penelitian ini didukung oleh sumber daya komputasi yang disediakan oleh MAHAMERU BRIN HPC di Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN)."
Fitur Layanan:
✅ Access to an HPC node with GPUs for CryoEM structural analysis and reconstruction
✅ Optimization for Single Particle Analysis (SPA), Cryo-Electron Tomography (CryoTomo), and Microcrystal Electron Diffraction (MicroED)
✅ Large-scale storage for storing raw data until final reconstruction
✅ Technical support and guidance in CryoEM data processing (periodically and according to the team's schedule)
✅ This technical guidance is intended for users who will be conducting Single Particle Analysis (SPA) using the CryoSPARC platform as part of the services at BRIN's Cryo-EM facilities (KRIOS, TUNDRA, and TALOS). Users are required to download, complete, and sign the "CRYOEM TECHNICAL GUIDANCE - CRYOSPARC.pdf" form at the following link: https://s.id/formCryo and email it to hpc@brin.go.id with the subject line "cryo sparc application and application ID."
