Hydraulic cutting machines function to cut metal plates with hydraulic power that presses the knife strongly and in a controlled manner. Cutting Machine, Hydraulic Guillotine Shear YSD HGN 31/13.
Hydraulic cutting machine technique
Material Type :
The sheet size that can be cut depends on the working area of the machine, 1.2 m x 2.4 m or 1.5 m x 3 m, so materials with these sizes or smaller can be processed.
Hydraulic cutting machine technique
- Guillotine Shearing: The upper knife moves down in a controlled manner to cut the sheet that has been clamped between the upper and lower knives.
- Rake Angle Setting: Adjusting the angle of the upper knife to optimize the cut, minimize deformation, and reduce cutting load.
- Use of Back Gauge: A pointer or positioning system at the back of the table to ensure each cut has a consistent length.
- Hydraulic Hold-Down: A clamping technique with hydraulic pressure that holds the sheet in position during the cutting process so that the material does not shift.
- Hydraulic Pressure and Speed Settings: Adjust the pressure and speed parameters of the knife according to the thickness and type of material being cut for optimal results
Material Type :
- Mild Steel:
- Stainless Steel:
- Aluminum:
- Other Non-Ferrous Metals
- Thickness:, around 0.5 mm to 20-25 mm, depending on the tonnage capacity of the machine.
