Must be accompanied by a letter of request from the applicant's home institution.
Samples must be preserved in 70% alcohol.
Live samples will not be processed.
Samples will be destroyed after identification results are released, except by prior agreement.
We do not accept return delivery of samples.
If the number of samples is large, the processing time may exceed 15 working days.
