ICP-MS adalah metode yang sangat sensitif yang memberikan hasil kuantitatif elemen dan isotop berbeda dalam sampel pada tingkat miligram hingga nanogram per liter. Persyaratan sampel : - Telah melalui proses penyaringan (minimal whatman 42) ; - TDS maksimal : Aquos 0.5% ; - Sampel sudah melalui proses pengenceran sesuai matrik larutan standar setiap unsur ; - Treatment sampel hanya menggunaan reagen kimia pro analysis (pa) sebelum dilakukan permohonan analisa.
