Our Material Failure Analysis service is designed to identify the root causes of material failure through a comprehensive and scientific approach. The analysis evaluates mechanical properties, microstructural characteristics, and chemical composition of the material. The scope of services includes Dimensional Measurement, Sample Cutting, Metallography, SEM–EDX Analysis, Chemical Analysis – Material Identification (Spark-OES), and Vickers Hardness Testing. All testing is conducted to ensure the results can be reliably used for technical evaluation, failure investigation, and as a basis for corrective actions and preventive decision-making in the future.
