Quantitative analysis of monosaccharides and disaccharides without sample preparation. Samples must be in solution form, filtered using a 0.45 µm filter, and ready for injection. The minimum sample volume required is 2 mL.
The method used is a standardized method optimized for HPLC instruments according to the method package, which includes:
1. Cosmosil Sugar-D column (4.6 mm I.D. x 250 mm)
2. Refractive Index Detector (RID)
3. This method cannot be used to analyze the following pairs of monosaccharides and disaccharides simultaneously:
a. Glucose and galactose
b. Arabinose and xylose
c. Maltose and lactose
(An additional 1 (one) parameter costs Rp. 150,000)
Application Requirements:
