Notes:
Sample type: homogenous powder sample of soil or excavated material
Sample condition: ready for analysis with a particle size of 0.074 mm (200 mesh)
To expedite the verification of the registered test sample, the customer must complete the F-10 form which can be downloaded in the “Service File” section --> “Service SOP File” and then the completed F-10 form (.pdf format) is uploaded/uploaded. along with sample photos in the “Other Support Files” and “Photo Data Files” sections. Make sure that the name and number of samples registered in the ELSA System is the same as the number of samples written on Form F-10.
The incompleteness of the supporting documents may cause the registration of the test sample to be canceled by the Verifier.
