Select one of the parameters to be tested. Testing the sugar content with HPLC, where the concentration of the sample is obtained by comparing it with the standard of each sugar. This rate applies to 1 sample of 1 parameter, if there are additional parameters, a rate of Rp. 100,000 per parameter.
Sugar content testing using HPLC is quantitative with available standards of sucrose, glucose, and fructose. The method used is the standard Aminex Biorad column method with an RID detector.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. This method is not suitable for liquid samples that use ethanol/methanol as a solvent. The minimum sample volume is 2 mL and must be ready to inject.
2. Sample preparation is only for fruit samples by requesting the additional "sample preparation" service available in the chemical and bioprocess laboratory services.
