The Phenom ProX Desktop SEM is an instrument for determining the micromorphology and topography of a material.
It is equipped with an EDS feature for quantitative analysis of the constituents of the material being tested.
Gold plating is applied to reduce the effects of electron emission on the sample surface, resulting in more accurate results.
For gold plating, please order a gold plating service.
Note:
1) Users must complete the "Formulir Detail Pengujian SEM," which can be downloaded from the "Service Files" section, then select "Service SOP File."
2) The completed form in PDF format must be uploaded along with sample photos in the "Other Supporting Files" and "Photo Data File" sections.
3) Ensure that the name and number of samples registered with ELSA match the number of samples listed on the "Formulir Detail Pengujian SEM."
4) Incomplete supporting documents may result in cancellation of the test sample registration by the Laboratory Manager.
Service Fee Information:
SEM with EDS: Rp 600,000
SEM with EDS + gold coating: Rp 700,000
Photos with maximum 3x magnification. There is an additional Rp 50,000 charge for each additional photo/magnification.
