"Chromatography is a process of separating an analyte in a sample based on the difference in distribution (distribution coefficient) of the analyte in a stationary phase and a mobile phase. This tool is equipped with a UV detector (200 – 500 nm) with three (3) independent wavelength options. Flowrate can be used from 1 mL – 200 mL/minute. Injection can be done for liquid and solid samples. Can be used for normal phase or reverse phase
Service application requirements:
Prepacked columns are supplied independently. Prepacked columns can be seen at https://www.buchi.com/en/products/parts-accessories/flashpure-cartridges.
The minimum solvent grade for the normal phase process is pro analysis, while for the reversed phase the HPLC grade solvent is used. Apart from providing the solvent independently, at the end of the process the system must always be conditioned with isopropyl alcohol/2-propanol/IPA
Solid loaders are available but sample columns are provided independently.
