This service is limited to the use of a rotary evaporator. A rotary evaporator is a piece of equipment capable of separating an extract from its solvent. The separation process begins by heating the rotary flask and rotating it under vacuum. The concentrated extract is produced in the rotary flask, while the solvent is evaporated and condensed back into a liquid, which is then collected in a distillation flask. This service is subject to an equipment rental fee of IDR 100,000 per hour. The application must include the sample type and condition, number of samples, volume per sample, planned process settings, and other relevant information in the description.
