GCMS is a method of separating organic compounds that uses two methods of compound analysis, namely gas chromatography (GC) to quantitatively analyze the number of compounds and mass spectrometry (MS) to analyze the molecular structure of the analyte compound. Partial VFA analysis (Acetate, Propionate, Butyrate, Iso Butyrate, Iso Valerat and Valerate) using Colomn Mega-Wax-MS. Samples can be in the form of rumen fluid or fermented liquid (min 5 ml / sample) that has been centrifuged.
