Field emission (FE) SEM Apreo 2 is one type of SEM that uses a Schottky field emission gun as an electron source with a maximum beam current of 50nA. With this field emission technology, FE SEM Apreo 2 can observe the morphology and/or the microstructure of materials in high resolution. For image acquisition, FE SEM Apreo 2 is equipped with several detectors such as in-lens detectors which make a possible to work at a low working distance (WD) in the microscope. Moreover, ETD and CBS detectors are also attached to the microscope for SE and BSE image acquisition, respectively. FE SEM Apreo 2 also has an analytical instrument i.e. EDS detector with ChemiSEM technology to analyze the chemical composition of the materials. Apreo 2 can also work at a low vacuum with variable pressures (10 up to 50 Pa) and a Low Vacuum Detector for image acquisition.

2. To facilitate verification of registered test samples, customers must complete Form F-10 which can be downloaded in the "Service Files" section then select "Service SOP Files". Form F-10 that has been filled in . PDF format is uploaded along with Sample Photos in the "Other Supporting Files" and "Photo Data Files" sections.
3. Make sure that the NAME and NUMBER OF SAMPLES registered with ELSA are the same as the NUMBER OF SAMPLES written on Form F-10.
4. Incompleteness of these supporting documents may cause the test sample registration to be canceled by the Laboratory Management.
5. Refunds cannot be made unless there are technical problems at the Laboratory.
6. If the sample will be taken again. The maximum time limit for sampling is 1 month (30 working days) after the test has been completed.
