GCMS Genomics Building (FAME analysis, using RTX-5MS column, ready-to-inject samples, maximum concentration 100 ppm):
The Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) analysis service is useful for qualitative and quantitative analysis of fatty acid content in samples. Samples are submitted in liquid form in an organic solvent (hexane or chloroform). The service price listed is only for analysis of ready-to-inject samples (prepared and placed in GCMS vials). Up to 20 ready-to-inject samples can be submitted.
Submission Requirements:
- Photo Data File
- Other Supporting Files (can be downloaded from the Service Files -> Service SOP Files section)
- Method
- Standard Solution (if necessary)
Note: To expedite verification of registered test samples, customers must complete the "GCMS LBF" form, which can be downloaded from the "Service Files" -> "Service SOP Files" section. Then, upload the completed form (in .pdf format) along with sample photos in the "Other Supporting Files" and "Photo Data Files" sections. Ensure that the names and number of samples registered in the ELSA System match the number of samples listed on the form.
Incomplete supporting documents may result in the Verifier canceling the test sample registration.
