● Sampel should be consist of dispersive particle in liquid media
● Ideally, dispersan should be:
- transparant
- RI dispersan should be diffirent from particle
- should be compatible with the particle
- RI & viskosity should be known with accuracy better than 0.5%
- should be clean and filterable
