Sample in powder form requires a minimum of 1 g, or solid samples with maximum dimensions of 2 cm x 2 cm and a thickness of 1 cm.

Samples must be dry and ready for testing.

Fill out the SEM service form, which can be downloaded from the service files and uploaded as supporting data.

Upload a photo of the sample to be tested.

Magnification capability: 15–30,000x.

Image quality of analysis results: 640 x 480 pixels and 1,280 x 960 pixels.

Maximum magnification is 30,000x.
Note:

The SEM instrument is operated by the user under the supervision of the Cryo EM laboratory manager.

The number of image acquisitions is not limited.
