CMM or (Coordinate Measuring Machine) is an instrument used to measure three dimensions in a cartesian coordinate system. Then the data is converted into measurement data such as position, diameter, distance, angle, and so on. In simple terms, the working principle of CMM is to read the change in position of a reference point against the machine itself. The change in position is then recorded and processed into measurement data using the software included in the CMM. CMM equipment is fixed, so test objects must be brought to take measurements. Measurement range X 500 mm, Y 700 mm & Z 500 mm, capable of 10 µm accuracy.
Laser Interferometer is used to test the accuracy of geometry positioning on an axis plane. The application of this tool is usually done for calibration and control of mechanical movements in precision machining. The specifications of the tool are: RENISHAW ML 10, Measurement range ± 40 m, accuracy 0.001 µm. Types of tests that can be done:
Linear measurement, axis X, Y, Z
Straightnes measurement
Angular measurement, YAWING and PITCHING axis X, Y, Z

- In order to maintain facilities and infrastructure, starting from December 20 to January 1 of each year, we temporarily do not provide services. Services will reopen on January 2nd of the following year.
