Nikon Eclipse LV100NPOL is an optical polarizing microscope specifically designed for sample analysis in the fields of geology, mineralogy, petrography, and materials science.
This microscope enables high-precision observation of thin sections of rocks, minerals, metals, and polymers through Nikon’s high-quality optical system.
It is equipped with digital documentation and microphotography using an integrated digital camera.

Sample requirements:

  1. Samples must be properly packaged.

  2. Samples must already be in the form of thin sections with a thickness between 0.025 mm and 0.04 mm.

Before/when submitting a service request, users must ensure that:

  • The instrument specifications are in accordance with the intended analysis/measurement.

  • The magnification and degree of polarization are specified.

Rates:

  • External users: IDR 250,000 per sample

  • Internal users: IDR 100,000 per day

For internal users, microscope usage must be carried out according to the submitted schedule. If rescheduling is required, please coordinate in advance to avoid conflicts with other users.
