A telescope is an optical instrument used to magnify the view of objects, specifically for observing celestial bodies such as the sun, moon, planets, and others. The William Optics GT-81 telescope features an iOptron tracking mount that follows the movement of the observed object and is equipped with a detector to capture images or video.

To confirm data availability or to request processed data in .txt format, please contact the Agam Earth Station and Observatory via email at: stasantariksaagam@brin.go.id.
If a service user does not meet the user qualification criteria outlined in the Service Standards document, the use of the telescope requires the participation of an operator from the Agam Earth Station and Observatory, with the user covering the costs of accommodation and transportation.
