Testing services using the Nikon Eclipse Ci-L Trinocular Microscope to produce high-resolution microscopic images, observe sample morphology and structure, and support analysis using bright field, dark field, and phase contrast microscopy. These services include:
- Observation of sample morphology and microscopic structures.
- Microscopic imaging using bright field, dark field, and phase contrast techniques.
- Observation of cells, tissues, microorganisms, particles, fibers, and other microscopic objects.
- Digital image acquisition and documentation.
- Measurement of microscopic object dimensions using image analysis software.
- Analysis and documentation of microscopic images.
- Characterization of various types of biological and non-biological samples in accordance with the instrument specifications.
